The company was originally established under the well-known Instant Awnings brand, supplying high-quality stock gazebos to event professionals. As customer demand grew for branded and bespoke solutions, the business evolved into Instant Promotion, expanding its range over the past 20 years to include a comprehensive portfolio of custom-printed event and promotional products.

Today, our dedicated GZBO.co.uk website continues the Instant Awnings legacy, offering the UK’s most extensive range of stock heavy-duty gazebos. Our Instant Exhibitions division operates under its own specialist brand, providing bespoke exhibition stands, modular stands, tension fabric displays, and portable branding systems for indoor events and trade shows.

Nearly two decades later, Instant Promotion remains independently owned and led by its original founder, continuing to grow through innovation, quality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
